Hey everyone!!!
I am hoping evreyone had a wonderful weekend.. Me and hubby went to the cottage and had a blast.... I had family coming from Montreal and my brother came down from Peterborough so we had an awesome time
Just wondering how long it took for the PR cards?? it says 6 to 8 weeks and we are starting week 8 and still nothing... so I am just wondering what was the average time that ppl waited...

There is a thread on this forum about PR Card Arrival Times, have a look at the timelines there. It seems that the time has extended considerably due to the mail strike, there is quite a backlog to be cleared. They are at 42 business days now, or just over 8 weeks, I think. You should be able to call the CIC Call Centre and enquire, they will be able to tell you if the card was prepared and mailed out already, or if it is still not processed.

Good morning everyone! Quick question, has anyone who was sponsoring ever get a call from immigration? I got a call 830 this morning and I dint make it to the phone in time. It was unknown name and number and they dint leave a msg. I'm freakin out right now. Wouldn't they call my hubby instead?
