Did you guys find out if interview has been waived?

i didn't see anything about that. in the eligibility assessment section where is say status it say review required
and my medical pass
security and criminal check not started
there was i mistake and i email them to correct it and i ask for a extension on my medical i ask about my police record they said i should get on because the one on file soon expire medical was granted for extension

I understand most of it but I also took schooling in this field. But they are relatively easy to understand. You'll only possibly know if the interview is waved if they are that far along in your process. I emailed Kingston some information last night and already got a response from them today. Not just the automated one I'm hoping this means they're pretty far along in our process!

We haven't had a wave of ppr's in a while, hopefully soon. Ldw landed with her hubby yesterday so I'm sure she will have a great story for us

Yes that's the one I use as well. And I always put the application # in the subject box along with his name. Always love hearing the landing stories! Gives us all hope

I wrote a beautiful landing story that took me 20 mins only for the board not to post it I was so upset but was to exhausted to write again so look for it by weekend I am working 11 hours today and 10 everyday after so I know I will be exhausted but I will rewrite and hope it post

Hey my fren how are you doing... Im glad that you and hubby is finish with this immigration process and start living your lives in canada together... So just take your time with your landing story and when you are ready you can post it if you want.. I just want to say congrats on getting your hubby in your family and you sure dont have to sleep alone anymore at all....

Just wondering, are you allowed to have more than one representative attached to your file? A couple days ago I sent the VO an email requesting that our medical be extented and asking if a new PC is required and they responded this morning with this

If you wish to withdraw your representative then a signed “Use of a Representative” form (IMM5476) cancelling the appointment of your representative should be submitted.

We've been meaning to remove our rep from the file but kept her on just in case something was sent to us and we missed it but now I'm wondering if I can also add myself so I can ask my own questions, is that allowed?

Maybe forward your questions to the rep and she can answer or forward it to the VO for the meantime.

That's a great question. I guess because kvo is working on your Hubby's part of the app, you cannot make requests unless he has authorized you. What I don't understand is how they allowed me submit additional information to support his PR application but you can't request to extend the medical. I'm so confused lol

Ikr lol but I guess because you're just sending things in and not asking information that's fine the other day I sent in the landing fee and my plane ticket and they responded to let me know it was added to his file with no issues but oh well it is what it is, I found out there can't be more than one Reps at the same time so I'll leave the one I have for now because I'm planning not to be in the country for the summer don't wanna run the risk of missing anything they might send.

Yeah that's a good idea. So I guess based off your experience, I should have my husband email them closer to his certificate expiring to request an extension? My 30 days for my notes are tomorrow. So nervous to see what's popping

Yeah or he can add you as his representative so you have access to his file, mine would have been next week but I screw up lol but I guess with the delay I might get more information if stuff has been added to his file, what I'm really trying to find out is if interview will be waived
