he did it on his phone and now I have no evidence of payment and they need the barcode and the receipt number......

Well he should have the proof of the transaction from his banking statement so he sould screenshot this and send an email to Kingston or POS (including the screenshot picture) explaining what happened and it should be OK. Tell him to do not forget to write his UCI number....Thats my suggestion.

Guys i have a problem... my husband paid for the RPRF but he did not get a receipt and the page expired what do we do know
cause we need the receipt to send in.

Soo according to him.. its a third party transaction so we have to wait a few days for CIC to see the approval. so i guess we jus have to wait.

He needs to either email, fax or mail the receipt to Mississauga. The instructions are all on the website. They need to see this for proof of payment. They have no way of knowing it was paid without this receipt.

If it was paid upfront with the other fees it would have gone with the application to Kingston after Mississauga sent it there. As per the website it states it goes to Mississauga. They are the ones that apply the payment to your file and it's updated so Kingston can see it. You can email it to Mississaauga and also Kingston if you wish. It shows on the website where to email it to

Good evening , I think you should send it to both Mississauga and Kingston to be on the safe side. My husband send a letter to Mississauga n they didn't send it to Jamaica/Kingston cause of that we received refusal /denial letter. My opinion.......

Well, I was supposed to be leaving tomorrow to go see my hubby, but I cant go. My sister is still going tho and taking my brother who will get to meet my hubby for the first time in person. My sister is also taking my son to see Daddy, so that's good, but I wish I could go! Everything happens for a reason tho, so maybe next month...

Just inqusitive because I have a couple "red flags " as they put it .. I'm just wondering I might get an interview but what is kingston jamaica on approval rates going straight through too the final stages.. is there a lot of people that needed an interview,???
