He was hear longer then 6 months but can't he get the police check done before he leaves?? Or will he have to do another one? Cause he has too send it in when he submits his papers and his Medicails right???

No i don't think he can (as far ad I no). The email we got requesting fingerprints stated he had to print it out any take it with him to get the fingerprints done. Plus even if he can do it in Canada it expires in 6 months I believe so it would probably b expired by the time they request it

Ours went In Process on Nov 26th, PPR by phone call on Dec 3rd, and Decision Made on Dec 9th.

Still waiting (im)patiently for the passport.....

I called DHL on Friday afternoon and they said it has not been picked up yet from the High Commission. Really hoping/wishing/praying that it gets sent out tomorrow so hubby can pick it up in Mobay on his way to the airport on Tuesday.

DHL told me that they do a pick up everyday from the High Commission so that's encouraging.........

May have to change his ticket... but hopefully not!! Feeling so anxious and impatient!!!

C'mon Kingston !! Send some passports home tomorrow please!!!

And here's hoping for more movement for everyone this week!! In process, PPRs and decision made please!

What is it you need to know? I'm a senior member here 3 years on here. I know many that had them and seen all the info on here. I can help. Also I know that Steen has answered a question as well. Her hubby had to leave

YYYYEESSSS we need to get some passports back AND some more PPRs!! This waiting for the passport to come back is excruciating!

As I mentioned before there won't be an issue if there is a one year ban. He needs to wait that out before he can come back to Canada. Once he waits it out he will be good to come back. The processing is the same with a one year ban as it is with a normal application except the 1 year wait time before they can come back to Canada. Read oneandonly post...search her on here. Her hubby had a 1 year ban and was approved just after the ban was over. Others have waited longer than the year but there was also a slow down on processing application.

If it was a life time ban that is a differenent story. He could be denied coming back to Canada if CIC isn't satisifed with the reasons as to why he wants to come back.

The waiting part sucks..I know...we waited 17 months for my hubby to get his visa. You are going to have to just file your papers, sit back, relax and just wait until your time comes. I know it's heard to hear that however this is how the immigration process is. Hopefully they do get to your file quickly after the ban is up and he can come back home to you

There have been a few but cannot recall who they were. Try reading back quite a few pages in this thread (i.e. go to page 3000 and read forward) to figure out who mentions that they had an exclusion order and then private message them to see if they can answer your questions. If they have already been through the process and their spouses are here they may not come back to the forum very often so may take a while to hear from someone. Also, check the spreadsheet bc it may give you an indication. You can also search "exclusion" in the search engine I believe and see who mentions it and then find the KGN people. Good luck.
