almost all communication we've gotten has been through email with the exception of 1 phone call to hubby which he asked them to email us the information and they did minutes later.

Finally came thru 3 weeks ago folks. sent off the wife passport to get stamped up. Sending off for my second daughters passport and then they'll be here for the xmas.
Alot of persistence and couple links make things happen.... bless up folks. totally forgot i was on here and to update the thing............ ;D :D :D :D :D :D

Submitted September 24th 2013.
Contacted September 15th Via email for Medical and police record (ours expired) (re-do)
Contacted Via Email to submit Passport Documents October 3rd 2014

Note: Nothing is processed in Jamaica. All Jamaican Sponsorship Applications are processed in Trinidad and Tobago And as of 2015 all PR applications will be processed in Canada. (date unknown)

How much was the courier? Just curious because I'm hoping to hear something soon from POS. Well, at least hoping and praying to.

If your app was sent to POS then you would have had to send there. We got PPR Oct 9th out of JA and out PP went there. POS is helping with the backlog and in the future all apps will still go to JA.

Other offices help out ONLY when there is a back log. Please don't give out false info. Unless this is stated somewhere please share.

You app is processed where your app is. The pp aren't sent anywhere else for the visa

All i can say is they are handling all apps until Canada takes over full time in 2015. Just as they have done with Passports in recent years. I'm glad when i use to renew my passport in Kingston and i travel to the U.S they would always question me because its a Canadian passport renewed in Jamaica.

It was rec'd on Oct 2 in Mississauga and transferred to Kingston October 28 and our bring forward date is October 23.
