Good read; Ready; from what I understand maybe Canadians don't want this type of labor or the population in these provinces are low and can't satisfactorily fill the shortages.

From my experience here; Canadians prefer to employ Canadians so it must be that they can't get enough Canadians to hire why the study is suggesting Americans.
i completely agree with you kadie
however i do belive if the government offered paid training and education in this field then more canadians would be intrested. Also affordable housing in these provinces would be an asset.
honestly if i could get affordable housing in Alberta i would be on the next plane out there trying to locate a job in the booming industry.

Kadi did you switch out that green crayon to purple? Is it sharp because we soon are going to be very very busy! I can feel it!

Yes maam ;D Won't let you down; I will even take vacation leave if I have to; to manage the overflow of PPRs that are on its way :D

That's true Ready; I have also thought about it myself if programs were available. I was even discussing it with my hubby to go back to school when he gets here to get certified in his skill so that we could even look for opportunities in those provinces.

Well that's if he will not be afraid of the weather :P

I get this all the time....

Wow your so lucky. You get to travel to Jamaica so often.
Really?!
My response is the same as always.
Couldn't care less if I ever saw the country again. As long as I have my husband by my side. I would trade it in a minuite.
Their response...
Yeah I guess you're right.

That's my thing. It's all about being with him. Travelling to a country 4-6 times a year to see my hunny has you get sick quick... but I couldn't tell him that because I'm sure it would offend him somehow! lol

Hello all,

I asked a question a couple days ago about getting "notes". In regards to requesting the notes, what form is it online? Do both my husband and I need to sign? I think Chickie72 said that she takes a lot of copies and gets her husband to sign while in JAM?

If I don't hear anything by Dec 20, I am booking to go for part of Christmas break. :)

Sh & Sh

PS. Does anyone ever post pics on here? Or do we ever get to see who we are talking to? LOL..

If I knew how to post a pic, I totally would let you guys see me. I'm not afraid! lol

Awesome and beautiful pics, love the purple it is my favorite color!

Thanks everyone! You're very sweet! I think myself a lucky girl. We got married on his Bogue Heights property and the wedding was great. I LOVED the purple. My girls all bought their dresses separately and it totally lucked out to be awesome with my MOH in the long gown. Him and his boys all went together to make sure it matched!

I like this showing off pics thing guys... you guys should go next! :P

Hi CV;

I know what you mean; I think if I had found this forum before I submitted my app I would second guess everything especially because with experienced members you are sure to get good guidance so you want to ensure you are doing the correct thing.

I am not in the same position but I don't think your child should be listed as your hubby's dependent.

Other members who are more familiar will soon indicate what they know.

Everything will be ok; continue to question when you are in doubt; so that when your app is sent you feel confident.

Thanks Kadi... feeling very thankful for this forum and all you wonderful people who give advice and calm me down! :)

no because your son is a citizen of Canada already, only if he has children in JA would you put them here.

Thanks again Chickie! How are you this morning? Purple crayon is ready I'm sure... I feel it will be put to good use very very soon. Can't wait to see the spreadsheet with full purple for the 2012 applicants!

Another question if I may..... I'm assuming that we wouldn't put my son on form IMM5406 (Additional Family Info) either then, since he is not a dependent of my hubby?

Merci beaucoup!!!! :D
