Good Afternoon ladies (and a few gentlemen). :)

I'm in the 'just-back-from-seeing-hubby' slump... blahhhhhh... I think I am in withdrawal! :(

Our application is coming together... just a few last minute things to do while waiting on the marriage certificate and the FBI police clearance. The pastor said the quickest he can get the marriage cert is 2 weeks after the wedding. The FBI fingerprints were sent by DHL and received on October 18th so hoping that soon the report will be on its way to me!

I have been reading and re-reading the guide and our forms to make sure there are no errors and I thought of a question to ask you guys. On the form (IMM 5481) Sponsorship Evaluation: For question 7, my total is showing as 3. Is this correct if hubby has no children, and I have one dependent son living with me?

Question 6b says "Every other family member not included above and dependent on you financially. Enter their number in the box on the right and provide details on the back of this page". I'm assuming I put 1 for my son in that box? (which makes the total 3). Is there anyone else with this type of scenario? If yes, what details for your child did u put on the back of the page, just name and DOB?

Thanks for your input on this quiet hump day!

KINGSTON!!! Please make the rest of the week LOUD for our 2012 applicants!! I am sooo anxious to see some movement and excitement on this forum for a change!!
question # 7 is correct at 3 people = yourself/5A-spouse/6b-your son

LOL Combustible goods! LMAO :P :P :P :P

EXACTLY!!! Gotta get you there before you burst!

Is it odd that I'm sick of Jamaica? Like I need a break and would love to travel somewhere else, but I have no desire to travel with my boobear. Who says they are sick of Jamaica?! Gosh, I must be losing my mind!

Quick Question for anyone who is skilled at reading notes... Last month mine said my paper file was located at "Registry" where it has been since it was received in Kingston, this month it says that my paper file has been transferred to "JM01310" and that is its current location. No other updates for eligibility security or criminality (all not started). Does anyone know if this means anything? I take it to mean that my paper file has been moved and is maybe on someone's desk??? Where does everyone else's notes say the location of their file is?

YAY!!! Your file is moving!!!! I'm waiting for my notes... it's probably still sitting at registry, but here's hoping it's at least been looked at by someone!

@being sick of Jamaica......as I said the other day.....sometimes it is too much with the cost and the saying goodbye and the fricking little mosquitos, I totally agree with you except for the fact that it is warm down there......lol

When do you expect your notes back? I have another set coming at the end of November, hoping to see something good this time.

The first time I ordered my notes in January 2013, they were assigned to the same initials you indicated in your post. I have ordered my notes six times and the person my application was 'assigned to' has remained the same. What has changed a few times is the 'due date' listed below it.

I just ordered mine on Monday, so I guess Mid-December they should be in. For sure I will share with you guys anything good or boringly bad.

Yep, the heat is the good thing... but everything else is horrible right now. I guess you're right in that I [probably associate Jamaica with emotional pain right now, and who wants a piece of that all the time?

Has your paper file always stayed in the same place though?

Lol, BOOK IT!!! It's getting expensive :(

Thats true Ninirae; I will this weekend, for the dates I was looking at I saw Caribbean Airlines price at $548; I am hoping thats still there.

Girl everytime I type your name I remember Nene from RHOA ;D

Nev; where are you hun. Hope you are ok :)

Have a good evening everyone; going home to the man of my house (my 2 year old ;D)

So a full review of my notes show that the file has always been assigned to "jm" but the paper file was located in registry until after my mp called and followed up with the letter they had sent then in the notes section it says "placed in Jm's bin". So I'm not quite sure what to make of that. But anywheres got to be better than registry. And the entries are all by different initials. kW and others.

It moved in February 2013 -- probably when they did the RPRF, police certificate and medical extension. It has been in the same 'place' up until the last time I received my notes in August.

I'm great, Kadi...thanks for asking. :D

I didn't have any time to come out and play on the forum today -- busy putting together my presentation for our 2014 planning meeting.

Yes. someone with the mind frame to go through with it to succeed can make things roll. The thing that would get to me first is the cold. Need lots of firewood to keep warm and a good weather proof tent. Better yet, someone can build a house for me on their property. LOL!
