LOL at guys are not usually confused and scared well at least not admit it LOL... when we are dealing with immigration the truth must be told... everyone on this forum is scared and confused about this stinkin process LOL... awwwwwwwwwwwwww dont mean to laugh and poke fun but i thought it was funny heheheh.

I know huh - what a weirdo - who hangs clothes to dry (or in this case freeze) outside in -10 degrees.... like i said sometimes even tho i know what the outcome is i stay quiet and let him learn on his own...

I guess its the same when i go to JA and they laugh at me for being afraid of everything... especially the goats and worse they laughed when i hid behind a 4 year old from a stray dog - and the kids laughed at me when i fell and rolled down the hill near our yard and said i was white like duppy and called me caspa lol :P awwwwwwww... what entertainment we are to different cultures huh!

i'm the same as you with the dogs lol I cringe, hide and almost cry when they come around. 2 of them were in a mad fight in front of me, blood and everything....I ran and hid behind the counter at Daddy's shop....everyone laughed at me :-[ but it's true, they are scarey! every time I see one coming my eyes bulge and I panick :o

I've never been chased by a goat tho lol

oh man, you guys crack me up....I'm sitting here at work laughing to myself and have a big smile on my face and someone just asked me if I was emailing my husband lol

poor confused.....now a lot of things make sense....too funny!
 
KC..................girl you never seize to amaze me, I am Jamaican and I afraid of dogs, roach, lizard, anything that moves... especially cows.

When I was smaller, I would visit my grandmother in the country she raised me, they would tell us that if we wore red color cow would run us down..... I would bawl my eyes and turn back home if I have to pass a cow on my way to school..... you know who crying all the way back home.

Then I would get a beating on top of that.............to this day, I will not walk by a cow no matter what color am wearing.... I will not sleep in my house if there is a lizard until someone kill it and I am not taking your word for it you have to show me...

Bwoy, I can tell you some stories about Jamaica...you and your husband is hilarious..........

LOL yesss... anxious.. im not alone... LOL @ COW... girl we used to go cow tipping when we were younger... probably why i dont like animals too tough now... so when i first came to Canada we got sponsored by family so we had to stay with them for a while and they lived up north a little bit in the country.. so my brother made these friends and they were terrible kids and took us one time to go "cow tipping" .... it is exactlyt how it sounds... who would of thought a cow slept standing up? anyways they do... and when they are sleeping you can tip them over... some go into shock and stay down and some get vex and chace you down.... well you dunn know already where this story goes.... guess who was running for her life bawling tears.... LOL

but i am not as tramitized as you... LMFAO.... i can manage a cow - i will keep my distance but i dont fret it too tough... poor you tho... LOL LOL DWL.

bugs kc....I'm terrible for that. There was a few ants in our room last time and I screamed and called hubby over, he came running thinking something horrible had happened then laughed his butt off at me. He said it's Jamaica...what do you expect?

he wouldn't kill them and laughed harder when I went on a stamping spree lol he kept saying it wasn't going to work and they were just gonna come back

geez....I'm a true city girl lol

I dont like the scorpians - and rat bats and things that fly.... wasps, bees, hornets, mosquitos etc

one time my hubby wanted to kill a lizard to show me how he can kill a lizard and rip of his tail in one shot and the tail still move like a chicken without its head on... i was like a lizard? come on... lizards are harmless i can mange those all day long.. pllus they eat the bugs...

but he was proud of his lizard killin skillz.....

The animal activists here in Canada would go mahd in JA huh... lol...... pure stone in dog sides and kick to the baxside of cats and sling shot at any bird that makes noise lol especailly dutty john crows who eat off the pretty little birds that look like hummingbirds.. i cant remember the name of it now.. its on the jamaican money too... flip.. ..

someone must know...

hey everyone, i have a question it may be stupid but am curious. i recently left my work due to some issues i had with them, now do you think that its ok for me to apply for EI or would they catch up on that? my husband already had his interview and was granted the visa he just needs his med n police check redone...but would they see this on my file?
 
you are perfectly entitled to be on EI while in the spousal sponsorship process... it's other family class (parents ect) that have an income requirement, no income requirement for spouse...

i've been on EI (maternity) the entire duration of my application... while i didn't specifically tell them (not obliged) i did call to ensure it wouldn't be an issue and was told it would not..

no worries

edit.. you cannot be on social assistance (i.e. welfare) at any point during the sponsorship process... EI is OK

So, one time I was a girl, now BI now what else? LOL ... I loveee how you said you thought I was BI cuz I was hitting on LCW ... you wait till she read this Sheraig .... blosss fuh yuh :P

So, I think I am bi b cuz I am attracted to both men and women. As of now, I am happily married to my partner who is of the same sex ;D which would make me GAY :D
