God is good all the time and all the time God is good. Praise God my husband received a phone call from Immigration to send in his passport, and original birth certificate and marriage certificate along with a pre- paid DHL slip praise the lord i am so happy today.

I am the spouse/sponsor and personal representative for Mr. xxxxx. Our UCI # is xxxxxx and our Application number isxxxxxxx.

I understand that my sponsorship Application was approved on April 11, 2013 and that the Application was forwarded to your office in Kingston. To date I have no received any confirmation from your office that the Application was received.

I understand you are very busy with the volume of Applications that are filed, but could you please simply confirm that our Application has been received by your office. I also have additional documents to support the validity of my relationship with my husband in the form of new airline tickets can you advise if I should send these materials to your office?

My take on this is that when they tell u that your application is being processed - it does not mean "IN process"... and that the "processing queue is the pile of stuff waiting to be looked at.

I recall a few posts ago, someone was wondering about that wording... I dont think it means anything, and they didnt even answer my question. *sigh*... I'm going to send the supplemental info anyways.

On the positive side, this does confirm your file is there (close enough to an AOR) and even the fact that you received a reply at all is good news. Many people do not. This shows progress and as you said, you will send in your supplemental info. anyway so they do have you on their radar at least!! Keep the faith

We'll take just about anything Kingston throws at us, mrsbrown!!!! A response from them, even if they don't answer your specific question ( : ) is still a response! It reminds us that they are hard at work on our applications one way or another!

For once in your life you will be the one with good news, no longer having to watch others enjoy the beauty of a loving relationship but you must wait some more. Some of you will find yourselves wishing you were alone again, while others will wonder how did i live without you. So you must wait some more... if only you could see what lies ahead of you, only then would you realize how blessed you are in this moment and gladly WAIT some more.
