I am doing great! So busy at work and school is another story.

That sounds great! I read that you were a copying machine this weekend. Lay it on them...lol!

It is just hubby, we both do not have any children yet...we want to change that really soon ;)

Are you in college or university? That's a lot of work gurlie school and work I feel for you. Lol yes I was a printing machine this weekend. I hope this helps us did you send anything to support your marriage? If so how many times do we need to send a package to them? I wonder what's taking so long if your just sponsoring hubby. We're in the same situation no kids but hopefully soon.

Hey Moonie,

I hear you, so glad the Police check is done.

a) Based on their last correspondance with me they stated that the file has not moved since October 2012. Based on my research a medical is technically valid for 12-15 months (if the applicant was healthy and there were no medical concerns). My Medical is 13 months old.

b) I considered the confusion it would create, that's why I told my husband to book the appointment for April. By the time they get the results it would be 15 months, so an extension could not be granted anyways.

c) I do not mind spending the money knowing that I could potentially save a delay of 6-8 weeks, should they ask for it again.

How are you doing? I really do appreciate your input and advice.

A medical extension is for an additional full year from the time KG requests and gets approved for it. Good Luck!

University, second year.

I've sent supporting documents a few times since we applied. Not sure, why it is taking so long. I've been down four times since we've been married last year.

That I know that it gets approved for a year. But if the original test is older than 15 months an extension can not be granted. This is what I am trying to avoid. I am really hoping your church money is working lol!

That's terrible on this long dely for a simple application. University is sure hard I use to attend York uni ugh nightmare so expensive. That's great you been 4 times since you got married. When did you tie the knot?

We got married on Jan. 11, the best day of my life so far. Yeah I try to go as much as possible. I think my Dad is about to sponsor a 4 day trip at the end of the month. Really hoping I can finsih all my asssignments so I can go.

I am running for a Course Exec position, trying to start a wellness program at work and my manager is on vacation, which means I am the main point of contact for my department. No fun...I miss sleep lol!

School is hella expensive and I do not qualify for OSAP.

Good afternoon everyone,

Just wanted to say Hi and hope everyone had a restful and smooth weekend.

Believe or not, Hubby picked up his Police Clearance (it was actually ready within the express time frame). That is one thing off the to do check list. Now he just has to redo his meds. I want to have these in place for when Kingston calls for our PPR. :D

Glad to hear everything is getting set up for you! Thinking ahead is always good!

Well happy belated first anniversary hope you spent it with hubby. I hope you can get to see hubby real soon. I hope your program goes well it takes a lot of preparation Fund and advertisement to run a program. Had to do something similar when I had a summer position in a community centre. Osap gosh it's a killer too much money if someone takes that.

I was fortunate that my mom sent me for our first anniversary/birthday. My bday is Jan. 8. Thank you for the belated anni wishes.

Yeah, right now it's in the beginning stages...just getting the background information on wellness and the benefits for the employer.
