Congrats to Cee........wondering when she is going to come up for air and give us a landing story.......any bets anyone on how long it takes for her to come back? LOL

Well hoping someone gets some good news before the office closes at 1 today but if not then it is going to be full speed ahead for next week! Don't forget to turn your clocks ahead this week.....spring forward!

Just a update. So my husband still has not received his passport back and they finally responded to my email that I sent last week, by the way that was my third email and this was their response.

This application is in the final stages of processing and the request for the applicant to be granted Authority To Return to Canada is also in process. The applicant will be contacted directly once processing in concluded. It is not possible to give an exact timeframe at this time.

He will be here soon. I will try and see if I can find some info on the ARC timelines...if that would make you feel better.

Hey everyone, hope all is well here, have been working 14hr days this last while, tonight is one of my first off, so am so far behind in all thats been happening on here, cant even find the last question I asked, lol so am asking it again...could anyone give me an amount on what the medical cost is for when the sponsored person goes in to get theirs done in Jamaica...I want to get this part done so we can move on and get the app sent in...I know it should have been done before but saving money can be hard, as everyone knows...guess I should find out as well what the criminal record check cost is as well.

If your hubby is near Kingston and he goes to see Dr Gomez it is 9400.00 JMD to get the medical done. My husband did his in January. He had an appointment at 12pm and was done everything same day. So the medical is about 120.00 CAD...the police check is 2000.00 JMD if you want i back in 1 week or 1000.00 JMD if you want to wait over 3 weeks for it.

I have the Dr's contact info if you want it.
