Ok to I am trying to send my hubby the medical form that the DR needs to fill out and that my hubby needs to send back. IMM1017 and it is not anywhere on the new formatted website. Does anyone have a copy of this form???

I have had to redo some of my papers because they have changed some of them around

Any help would be great...Thanks FAM JAM!!!

On another note - KINGSTON CAN YOU HEAR ME???? There are still come peeps out there from 2011 and 2012 waiting for an answer. You have a few days left to make their Christmas season even better

no shops, no outdoor socialization - no ppl to hail up passing thru - no WARMTH - no morning or evening 'foot ball' - no sunday matches, no beach, no friends, and hubby hasnt bun weed since he came he said he gone quit cause we aint spending no $10cad for a 'fifty bag' lol no cooke shops, no family :'( (well besides us, but u know what i mean). No music playing outta road...

just COLD and SILENCE in the streets.


right now he's there curled up under a blanket watching some shows....he seems to be alright lol

i just want to really know from now...cause the sooner we get that card, the fast ill be pushing my sweet hubby to the employment line LOL - gotta keep him busy doing something not like he can even go play ball outside or nothing...once he start pulling in a reguler paycheque etc....i think it will help him to adjust better in to his role - have no plans on keeping him as a house wife lol

Anada, if you visit one of the Service Canada centres, you can apply for his Sin Number right away. Do not need to wait on the PR card to arrive in order to get things rolling employment wise.

i KNOW in tdot they do have dominoe touranments and things...my kids great uncle is like one of Tdots finest in the tournies - summer time in Toronto is da shiiiit.......

there are also football leagues i can get him in to - but all this 'enrollment' is news for me too...but we'll figure it out..

if im not mistaken i think we got to wait 3 months before they a can get a health card
as for all the rest of the stuff my mom taking him around and getting all that done
thank God for mommy she on vaca for 2 weeks (perfect timing)
