OK so i just got an email from.......... Guess who??? Yeh that's right... KINGSTON!!!!

Just saying the same thing... IN process.. No further actions is required by me at this time... Hubby will be contacted..

LOL! then it says "We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum."

So here's the thing!!! LMAO!!! They are replying to an email sent Aug 3rd.. I sent two since!! one for the IMM form that wasn't included and the next for the FBI clearance to say that it was in process and will be sent as soon as it is received.

Wait til they get to those emails... will they still think i am keeping my correspondence to a minimum? lol

But however!!! At least I know they are working on it!

Oh and I also got a new file number and UCI number.. Is this something new? They aren't the same from the original letter I got.

That's amazing news Blondie!! They've done their initial review to validate the bona fides of your relationship and are satisfied. Once it moves onto the next stage and all background work is completed, PP request will be around the corner. I hope you can get the FBI cert. back asap to send in so they can wrap up the security checks. Kingston is doing their thing this week. Hopefully you and hubby will get through very soon. ;D

Hi Ladies,

Back from Jamaica since last Thursday. It was a beautiful month down there. Too Short if you ask me. I loved being with my husband. We had a good time, my baby got to see his daddy and they were closer than ever. He cried when we left him again. We were hoping that maybe just maybe, he would have been able come back home with us. So now back in Toronto, and my maternity if over so back at work. The baby started daycare today and I'm fretting right now, cause he's so attached to me.

But I still sit here waiting for the RCMP to complete the criminal check. Were going on Month 4 now. Just crossing my fingers and praying that it's completed soon cause after that check I still have to complete the ARC and I'm tired and frustrated with waiting.

Welcome back but sorry to hear he wasn't able to come home with you and baby, that sucks. Is there anyway you can track the RCMP check to see how far along they are with it? Not liking the 4 months thing as I am pretty sure I am going to have to go thru the same for my hubby. Is the wait so long because Kingston can't send electronic prints? Electronic prints are quicker I heard.
