Hey ladies I have a question. I'm just trying to get ready to register my daughter for school when she comes to Canada next month. My question is under where it says custody who do I put? We've never had a custody aggreement set in place for either her bio mom or her dad. She lives with hubbys parent for last 2 years and will now be living full time with me and her dad. Does this mean her father will have custody or is it still both parents?

She will be living with you and hubby in Canada. The custody is only to help the school understand who should have access to the child and the child's school record. You will not need to provide any written documentation to substantiate custody. You could put yourself and your husband because really she will be in your custody once she comes to Canada.

I'm hanging in there. I'm finding the summer months harder to deal with because there are so many invitations to go out. BBQ's here, get-togethers there, sprucing up the yard and house and all I keep thinking of is how much I wish my honey was here with me. I don't want to do anything without him. I started walking every day just to get the frustrations out and give myself an outlet, but it's still so hard.

Ladies, I believe I mentioned a few days ago that hubby is having a hard time dealing with being apart and even moreso as time passes; I think he feels lonely to be honest. I stay positive and sound upbeat each time we talk just so it doesn't leave room to feel sad but I think it's really affecting him really bad. He said to me today - atl least if I was there, he could have someone to mope to. He's an extremely positive person so this is really not of his character. But I don't want it to get out of hand...Any suggestions ladies?????
