No i did not. I have been in Canada lots so i dont think they would send me a pre arrival letter.

The prearrival letter is initiated once the PA's eligibility is passed. If you are required to attend an interview before DM, you will get pre arrival after the interview.

Based on what we have been seeing for those KVO applicants that get DM before interview, you will still be called for the interview but it's more to simply finalize and stamp passport since they have already made a decision.

How did u receive your dm via email or on your account

I got a ghost update lastnight and then it showed up early this morning on my ecas

He got pre-arrival email the following day, last Saturday
