My IELTS score(April 2021) is

overall - 7.5
listening - 9
reading - 6.5
writing - 7
speaking - 7

CRS score is 398. NOC is 2173

work experience is from 2013-2018

Education is B.Sc 2013 (maths, stats, comp sci.) + MBA (finance & marketing) 2015

I'm married and my age is 29 yrs.

please help me with suggestions. whether I should take IELTS again? or take another route as student visa?

since your married can't your spouse take the ielts as well?

Try retaking IELTS - Reading can massively improve your CRS.
Is your spouse accompanying? If yes, spouse can add points through language test and education (requires ECA).
