Hello Everyone,

Iam a Single mother of a 4 yrs old. I have applied for Canadian PR in which they have sent me a form asking for my ex-husband's signature as a form of Noc granting his permission to take the minor child with me to Canada. Now, the problem is my ex is not ready to permit my kid to fly with me as he is in the impression that iam withdrawing all his father rights permanently. Kindly help me out by suggesting is there any other way to fly with the minow without my ex permission on the NoC.
Please suggest.

You must obtain sole custody of your child through the courts in India.

No other way apart from getting sole custody or his permission. Since he is not granting permission (since you are taking the child to another country and he won't see her/him), you need to get sole custody.

maybe your son can go to india on summer vacation you and your ex need to.talk about it cause if you took your son without permission it would be partental abduction where you can get into big trouble
