Guys,

I wanted to know :

1) Can my spouse land first, though I am the principal applicant ? This could arise if my spouse's company gives her a transfer from home country to Canada before I could get a transfer. If possible, what things do I need to take care of ? Do I need to inform CIC about the same ?

2) If my spouse lands after I have done my landing (before her COPR expiry date), what things do I need to take care of ? Do I need to inform CIC about the same ?

It is advisable that both PA and spouse show up at the POE together.. Take a look:

1) No - not possible. Either you have to land together - or you must land first.
2) There's nothing you need to do. Your spouse just needs to land.
