My AOR is Jan 2004, request for update received in June 2008, sent updated documents in Sept 2008. I have completed 8 months since I sent all the updated documents to CHC New Delhi. So far I have not got any response.
It will be very kind of you to please advise on the following queries-
1) The 1 year experience requirement for FSW is at the time of application submission or at the time of updating documents? Interestingly beside the guide for FSW even the letter asking for update of documents said that, "..you must demonstrate that you have at least one year continous... experience... if you fail to meet this minimum requirement, your application shall be refused...."
2) Do CIC take in consideration the experience year(s) mentioned at the time of updating of documents or when they finally review the updated documents? For example, if some one had six months of experience in his most current employment at the time of updating documents but due to the delay in review of file now has more than a year's experience..... which one are they going to consider? What if an interview is required and an applicant has added another year to his experience?
3) I have had three employers in the last 10yrs eg. A,B and C. At the time of submitting my application the 1 year experience requirement was met with employment A although I was in employment B (six months) and at the time of updating documents in employment C. I have three yrs experience in employment B. I did not update documents form employer A as I had a dispute with him. I have sufficient points from employment B and did not require points form employment A (when updating documents). My question is will CIC still contact employer A. My fear is that he may not give a positive feedback. Will this situation jeopardise my case or will they ignore my employer A (no documents updated) as I do not require the points from that employment.
4)Will CIC again ask for updating documents like experience, pcc etc? If they CHC reviews the file after nearly a year of updating the documents, are they going to ask for another update of all documents?
