i am a landed immigrant sponsored by my canadian husband. when i applied i didn't put my kids (from my first marriage) as my accompanying children. is it possible to get them? they undergone medical examinations with me before. my husband is willing to sponsor them. pls help me

As long as you included them as non-accompanying dependents in your PR application form, you can sponsor them now.

i am working on the application forms. are they going to be the principal applicant? or i am still the principal applicant? sorry i am really confused. if they are going to be the principal applicant, i need to fill out 2 forms? coz i am bringing 2kids. thanks!

I don't think that your husband can be a co-signer, as it's usually only for parents sponsorship. As far as I understand, they are your kids, and not his, so he can not sponsor them. But in your case, it doesn't matter. If your kids were included as non accompanying dependents, then you can sponsor them now that you are a PR. If you don't have an income, then explain how your husband can support you, get more details about his financial situation etc. so that CIC can approve you as a sponsor even without an income. You will still be fully responsible for the kids as you are the sponsor, and legally you are the one responsible.

You're the sponsor, not the principal applicant. Not sure how many forms to fill out - wait a little and somebody else will answer most likely.
Good luck,
Sweden

I don't have any advice to offer, I think Sweden did a good job of that already, but I will definitely send some well wishes and a little prayer your way, and hope you get re-united with your kids soon, good luck!
