Hi all wish for all best New Year.
Am planning to send my kids "8, 6, 5 and 4 years old" with their mother to Canada, ON, London.
Actually am go through Ontario education ministry web site, but I couldn`t found sufficient info.
Could someone kindly advise me with following info:
- For whom I should apply the visa, the kids or mother?
- What the situation for the mother, can she work "even without payment, just to spend some time and gain some experience"?
- Regarding the study fees .how I know about should I contact the school or the ministry?
- The fund approval is it approved if it`s under my name "I will not travel" or I should open account for her?
- Is there a chance to apply for Residence visa Or immigration from inside Canada "to save a big different in the University fees"
I appreciated your cooperation
Thanks in advance

What status do the children and mother have in Canada? Are they Canadian citizens or Canadian PRs?

No they aren't, still they are out of Canada. :) this is one of my question - For whom I should apply the visa, the kids or mother?

I would recommend your family obtain permanent residency first. Sending your children to school here will be very expensive and difficult to arrange. If they attend a regular public school, expect to pay around $12K per child per year. If they attend a private school - it will be sigificantly more. Their mother will have to apply for a visit visa if she wants to come to Canada. There is no guarantee she will be approved. Also, a visit visa only allows her to remain in Canada for six months - after that she would have to apply for an extension (no guarantee that would be approved either). While here as a visitor, the mother will not be allowed to work. Working without payment is typically illegal as well. She will also have no health care coverage. If CIC believes your family plans to stay in Canada long term, they will refused your children's study visas and your wife's visitor visa.

If you really want to relocate to Canada, you should visit the official CIC web site and determine if you qualify to apply for PR through either the federal program or one of the provincial programs. Obtaining PR first is the best option for you.

Thanks for your kind replay,
The fees will not problem for me, if it`s not will be for a long time :) . What am think "I don`t know if am right or wrong" they will spend some time 2-3 more years then the can apply for Resident Permeation so they will back to the normal school fee !!
Also I will work with your advice ,I will chick the CIC website for Provincial Program , but what the useful if am not planning to Relocated to Canada while am running my business in home country, do you mean I apply for my wife ?
I really appreciate your kindness cooperation.

No - studying for 2-3 years will not allow them to apply for PR. They won't qualify to apply for PR through studies until they obtain a college diploma or university degree and then also obtain one full year of skilled work experience after they complete their studies.

I honestly think it's extremely unlikely you'll be able to get a study visa for all four of your children and also a visit visa for your wife. CIC will very likely think they have plans to remain in Canada long term and refuse them due to lack of ties. But I supposed you can try.

Thanks Scylla
I go through the CIC website, the result show that am qualified .but am not planning to apply :) Canada is great place but while am happy in my home country there is no reason to leave it and relocate to Canada .the reason am sending my kids is to guarantee they grow in the best educated country in the world :)
So I thought the option I have now to register my wife in university "Western UN. Cause London. On. Is my targeting destination" am I right with this option
?

Sure - your wife can try applying for a study permit to attend Western. If she wants to bring all four children to Canada with her, I think it's unlikely she will be approved since CIC will suspect she has plans to stay in Canada long term.
