Only having campus in toronto,it doesn't mean you will get PGWP.

PGWP = post graduate work permit.

PGWP is a work permit that allows you to work for a certain number of months/years in Canada after you finish your diploma or degree. The school you have applied to does not qualify for PGWPs.
