What a rant claiming that they r intending to attract the best talent from overseas and in the next section he mentioned the refugees and family reunification ?!!! how being a refugees or part of a family indicates that someone is talented ?!!!

I have been in Canada for last 5 years , one thing I have come to understand about Canadians is it not always about money ! principle matters more.
Canada already has high taxes levels in western countries, yet people still have elected a guy who had plans of increasing taxes based purely based on his principle stands.
