Just dont get it

I am Canadian ,my wife is from the Philippines . I sent in all my paperwork for sponsorship and month later received letter asking for police certificate for her by certain date . We had it done and courier it to them . A month later got the same letter asking for paper . I called and talked to agent on help line...she confirmed it was there..i sent email and once again it was confirmed they had it...I just received my complete package back from them stating they did not receive the police report .. inside the package with all our other documents is a copy of the police report we sent in .. none of this makes any sense at all . Any ideas?

does it need to be the original? is it translated into english? perhaps that is missing

Could also be that it isnt valid anymore and they need a valid version

It was done and sent to them in 1 week..it was valid..the original copy was sent as well

Wow !! This is very irritating but u gotta be patient and don’t give up ! Consult with a professional worker like a lawyer , have him take a look at the police certification may be its missing a stamp or maybe it should be sealed in a way I’m not sure ! But I totally understand the frustration!
