Jsut after reeceiving CSQ ..while federal apllication is under process.can we land in quebec....???as CSQ means live and work freely in canada?

No it does not. CSQ just means that Quebec is interested in your profile but they will let Canadian Federal Govt make final decision. Inland applicants might able to renew their Quebec work permit or receive open work permit for Quebec but for outland applicants CSQ does not provide any privilege.
