June/July/August Montreal Applicants. Any oath yet?

Folks,

My wife applied in July and finished her exam a couple days ago. Would anyone in Montreal applying in the June-August range and received an invitation for their oath be kind enough to advise with their timeline? I get the feeling that there is an important slowdown in this office and things are now taking 3-4 months between exam and oath letter.

Last stats I have indicate 70-100 days between "Decision Made" and oath letter...
