June/July 2019: Anyone who submitted the passport to CPC Ottawa

Application Approved.
CPC - Ottawa received (Passport Copy, Pics, Annex A) on Nov 4.
Just checked this morning and the count down is gone and says
November 14, 2019 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
But there are no messages...
Tracker has yet to be activated.

Anyone who sent passport to Ottawa in November and got it back already. Please post your timelines and category under which you applied for PR. looks like CEC is taking minimum 22 days and people who are just submitting passport copy are getting the return email activated very fast

I wonder who that person is. Mine was signed by SCI FARLEY.

I mailed on December 15 and it delivered on December 20 and Signatory Name is showing SCI Kone not ircc.is it right place where is it delivered? I am worried because still is no update.when iam tracking a small Envelope.please help me
