Finally I've received my medical request from Singapore Visa Office yesterday. Date printed on the letter is 14th Oct 2010. After exactly 6months from my 2nd lodgement it comes to my hand. I'm really feeling so much happy. Thanks all

2. changes and the updated info should be included inside the forms or in the cover letter only

I have signed my forms with current date. Only modified my schedule1, and mentioned the changes in cover letter.

Hi Heemu,

Congratulations! I am also from Singapore and I would like to ask you some questions regarding submission of full documents.

First is, you have submitted all your documents in photocopy and notarized it? What are those that you have given to them in original? Is it the police clearance and IELTS result only? How about those forms like IMM 0008 and IMM 5406?

Second, about the notarized employment contract. Is it also the photocopied version and you had it notarized as well? How about your letter of reference? Did you have it stamped with an ordinary stamp from your company or the other one which is the embossed type? 'Cause our HR have asked me which one I need. If it's the regular one like the usual chop, it would be easy for them but if it's the embossed one, they have to ask it from the legal department.

Last but not the least, are you also staying in Singapore? How were you able to get a police clearance? 'Cause I inquired from the office who issues this certificate. They told me they no longer issue police clearance to those who are not citizens. So what I did is I went to our country's embassy, and asked for police clearance. Does the Visa Office honors this? I hope they do 'cause there's no way for me to get clearance from Singapore's police department.

I hope you don't mind me asking these questions. I just need an answer from someone who successfully submitted their documents. I am hoping for your response.
