My daughter is listed in my application as children under 18 year of age. I sent the application in June and got AOR in October. Meanwhile, my daughter turned 18 in last August. Do I need to fill Schedule 1 form and IMM5406 form when I will send my application to visa office?

Pls let me know.

I think you should fill these two forms for your daughter and mention this change in the cover letter. If this is a small change (a kid has grown in height, etc), then you can ignore it but in this case you can't take chances. Also, the application may be easy to fill.

You can also contact your VO by email to be sure what they have to say.

Hi Lakhvinder,

I think you can still write cover letter. In my cover letter, I provided very brief explantion on changes to application, proof of funds (accumated over a period of time, etc.), reasons for missing employee reference letters, and also mentioned that I am sending RPRF.

In your case, you can write that you have FD certificate for proof of funds, etc.
I am not sure about FD certificate/Copy. I did not use FD. Hopefully, somebody else can answer this..

for FD i think i will send attested copy along with original if they dont need they can send me back. wat u say ?

Hi Lakhvinder,

What I read in the forum says that you provide notarized copy of FD certificate and a bank letter stating that you have FD with them and provide the details (FD certificate #, etc.). But, if you plan to send original, there is nothing like that.

I think it is not possible as the e-mail from CIO states the name of Visa office that you should apply to.

im sending them (ND VO) notarized photocopies of all the pages of my passport.
i think, if urs is also ND VO, u should send the notarized ones for new & old one too.
