I have sent my application without IELTS test.I will pass it only on June 26.
As I understand IELTS should be sent after Sydney Approval and should be sent to local visa office?

yes, i kept my IELTS score card because i had given test in November 2009. and i read somewhere that after april 10 CIO will not give another chance to prove language efficiency so i felt its better to put.

Hello I am new here, need some opinions. I have sent my initial application in March 2010 and today i recieved an email from FSW which saying i am not eligible because my job duties are missmatch with NOC.
What should i do now, i am doing 80% of job duties same as NOC 0213. overall 8 years development experience with 2 years as IT Manager here in Denmark. Should i apply again with new application??? without mentioning old application as it became rejected at initial intake so i think not registered at CIC sydney Nova.

anyone who has the same situation?
