hi,

but it says in the beginning of the appendix A like this:
"Send notarized photocopies of all documents except the police certificates, which must be originals. If your documents are not in English or French, send a notarized (certified) translation with a copy of the originals."

It doesn't say "there is no need to notarize the passport photocopies" anywhere.
I think there is no harm on notarizing the copies.

pls correct me, if im wrong.

cheers
lamhey

Hi Lamhey, I definitely do agree there is nothing wrong or harm in notorizing all copies. In fact, by notorizing we are providing them more surety
about the originality of the documents.

Actually i raised this point because I am due for submission of documents to VO and I am facing a problem of "to do or not to do" regarding
notorization of PP copies. I will take a decision shortly and go ahead submitting the docs.

Thanks for your response.

Congratulations!! Major hurdle crossed, Goodluck for the remaining steps!
What is your NOC? I have added your record to the list.

Dear friends,

It's been a while since I last visited this page as I don't belong anymore to June applicants after my application got rejected.
I also don't seem to be interested in visiting it again as I still have good memories with this thread that I want to forget.
Just wanted to take this chance to thank every one for his/her support and specially those who helped and supported me in my inquiries.

I am putting a +1 for the following members because they supported me in a way or another.

Saida

I started to consider the option of learning French and apply through Quebec QSW, haven't decided yet though...
Wish me good luck as I wish you all the best of luck.

Good luck & GOD speed - May HE help you in your plans.....

You are not giving up like the great one :-)
Goodluck Alex!

Hello,

The Candian immigration may be expecting applicants to write "unknown" (or age) instead of giving wrong date of birth. This is a common mistake but if they think your sister lied in her application, then it can affect her status.

I think you should be contacting an immigration lawyer for advice on this. May be this is not a big issue at all.
Also post in the FSW forum and family immigration forum to seek help from seniors.

Hi All.. I also got my first AOR email on 1st of Nov 2010.
Hi Saida..please update sheet...
My visa office is Buffalo...
Thanks...
