June and July applicants who did the test and interview but didn't get DM yet

I would like to start this thread for those applicants from June and July who are done with the test and interview but they are waiting for the DM and oath invitation.
Please share your time line and your IRCC and if you have received any fingerprints request. Let's share our experience. Thank you

My time line

IRCC : Surrey BC

Application received on June 30th 2016
In process: August 2nd 2016
Test and interview was done on October 4th 2016
Fingerprints was done on October 5th 2016

No DM yet

However my application from August but it's surrey IRCC so here are my details so far.

Application delivered 30 August 2016.
In process September 15.
Fingerprints request October 19.
Fingerprints done October 27.
Fingerprints delivered at IRCC on November 8th.
Test invitation December 9th
Test date 10th January

My cousin has same timeline as you have.

October after test he was asked to submit usa travel dates.

And submitted and it was delivered on December 12th and he received Decision made on December 14th and oath date January 18th.

His office is also surrey

Do you think the ATIP can give information about the reason of the delay?
Which one is better to request, Access to Information Act or the Privacy Act.

It might at least show if the file was moved or if it is waiting for security checks..... I was about to order mine just for peace of mind and maybe hoping it would bring the file to the officers attention.
