Change your clock on your computer to before Nov 11, then it will work

I believe she has up to 3 chances. Check with them, but she should be able to do it again within a 30-day window. I would recommend that you purchase a subscription to the Citizenship app (https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/canadian-citizenship-2025/id1530490881), which offers helpful practice quizzes and questions. It's well summarized. Only if she fails the three attempts will she be summoned. Please don't take my words for it; cross-check with IRCC. It's also mentioned on the link, if I remember.

The oath invite timeline depends on your location and the IRCC office processing your application. If your file is being handled by the Vancouver office, it may take approximately 2 to 4 months to receive the oath ceremony invitation. People with everything completed waiting since Aug-Sep...

Thanks, no I checked online on the portal this morning around 6am Eastern, and I found test + LPP completed
Yesterday, on the portal, it was showing "test in progress" (although I knew from a call with agent that test was completed..)
