Aor 30th june. Waitifor test invite. No update since august

I took the test on October 17, but the tracker still shows it's waiting on me. I'm starting to get a bit worried if the results weren't recorded properly. I already emailed IRCC to check with them

Everything is green except for the Oath (not started). My LPP was completed on July 20th, yet people with later LPP dates are already receiving their oath invitations. I called today and found out that my file is being processed by the Vancouver office — one of the slowest, despite the fact that I live in Ontario. In FB and WhatsApp groups, some people whose LPP was completed in August–September are still waiting for oath invites from Vancouver.

I think it's usually early in the morning, before 9AM Eastern Time

I just noticed a deduction of $3.38 from my account labeled as Canadian Citizenship NS, did you guys have the same? Does anyone know what this small charge is for?
