I have more than the maximum temporary residency because of my PGWP. First PGWP was issued for only one year due to passport expiry. Got the two years extension after renewing my passport.
First PGWP was issued September 2020 and expiration on September 2021. Extension was approved May 2021 with expiration on September 2023. First quarter of 2023, there was a temporary public policy to extend PGWP’s expiring that year. I applied in April 2023 (anticipating my non-EE OINP Federal application will extend beyond my PGWP expiration). This extension was approved and new WP expiration was October 2024.
My PR application was approved in May 2023 and I did not even received my “extension” WP (IRCC messed up with a lot of WP that time, incorrect details on a number of WP).
Now here’s my problem, I am doing an online citizenship application. For the temporary residency, my first and second PGWP have more that enough to give me the 1yr residency as temporary worker. However, there’s a question if I extended that WP. I can’t recall the exact date I applied for that temporary public policy, and the online application is asking for the exact date... And I can no longer access my gckey because 2FA (which I did not set up) is preventing me to access my old records. Sent a webform for technical issues but is advising me to create a new gckey.
TL/DR: How do I go about this? I intend to provide all information accurately. However, since I no longer have access to my old gckey, can I still recover the info if I create a new gckey account?
TIA!
