I’d suggest you use a laptop because the webcam on the screen will be on entire time of exam. It must show your face. You don’t want to score 20/20 then they call you for an in person retake. So don’t take chances just use a laptop or even borrow someone a laptop
You’ll need to also have the UCI and App number with you because once you’d start you can’t open another tab

If I remember my UCI and app number then no need for extra tab right? Web cam quite visible on tablet always I think

No you cannot open any other tab other than the exam
