Hi guys, I have submitted my online application on 10th June, 2021 ! But I got no email after submitting my application. In the online application instructions, it says once you submit your online application, you will get an email saying your application is successfully submitted. Is it the same case with all who submitted online application?

Check your spam folder. It usually ends up there

Through whom do you recommend sending the documents ? Canada post Express or FedEx or any other ? Will any of these carriers get signature on delivery ?

I used Canada Post Xpresspost, it took 2 working days and I got signature on delivery.

Hello,

I sent my application 3 days ago through Canada Post registered mail. It hasn't arrived yet. However, I noticed that I might have submitted a copy of my old health card (expired) as an ID instead of my new one. I submitted a copy of my valid passport, PR and Refugee Protection claimant document (it's expired too though). I tried cancelling the delivery of my mail but CanadaPost said that it's not possible. I am really afraid that my application might be returned because of that. Also, I submitted multiple documents other than IDs with my picture, name and date of birth like my university certificate and my IELTS certificate. Does anyone have any idea whether my application is going to get returned or not? Also, in case they return it, will I need to repay the fees? I am not sure what to do as of now, any advice?

I know for sure that if your application is returned, the fees will be refunded as well.

I cannot say for sure if your application will be returned, but it is likely as you appear not to have adhered to the requirements.
Your PR card is only acceptable if presented along with a Canadian government issued ID. Since your health card is expired, it may be considered invalid.

Try calling IRCC to see if anything can be done, or maybe someone else on this forum can give better advice.

Thank you for your response. From what I have heard if your application is missing any document, they just send it back and you just resubmit it along with the missing documents. According to what I have seen so far, you resubmit it with the same receipt but you might have to resign the forms as the signature expires in 90 days. I am going to call IRCC on Monday though.
