I only had one degree and work experience of 3 year from one employer in Canada. No foreign PCC required as I moved to Canada when I was 16.

I tried calling Friday but couldn't reach any agent. It just kept saying all lines are busy. Today I tried two times no luck and them third time I was in waiting line. It took 45 minutes to reach an agent after that. I applied for GCMS notes in the starting of Sept and didn't get them yet. So calling is definitely a faster options. Even webform responses are taking 7-12 days now and I heard they are not very reliable. So calling seems like best option despite the long wait and multiple attempts.

Just got mine GCMS Today. Applied on 7th Sept.

I found that GCMS is not the most recent update, but it's more detailed.

In GCMS it says that
Eligibly : NOT STARTED
But when i called they've said that it's in progress.

Strange thing about GCMS notes is they tend to capture it quite soon after you submit your request (maybe a few days) but only send it out after a few weeks. My last notes seem to be as of Aug 31 but only sent out Sep 20, so it was possibly outdated by then.

Just to give you an update:

AOR: June 9 2020

I just received a call today (Oct 8 2020) to get my Biometrics done so they scheduled me for an appointment.

I CALLED TODAY AND AN AGENT GAVE ME THE FOLLOWING UPDATE.

Eligibility: Not started
Criminality: in Progress
Security: Not started

BIOMETRICS has already been updated on my online profile
68 % Bar so far.

Fingers crossed. I pray Gods favor on everyone waiting
