Thanks for your advice :) Unlike me, there are a lot of people here, who trust such statetmets and than get very disappointed
People have their rights to chose what to believe. He didnt do anything wrong, you are getting too aggressive unnecessarily

Exactly, sir. And everyone has a right to ask any questions they would like. Being straightforward does not equal aggressive. Have a good day :)

Hello Guys, Hope everyone is staying safe and doing well!

ITA : Mar 23, 2020
AOR: June 19, 2020

I need urgent assistance. I forgot to mention below two points in my already submitted application
,
1. My U.S. H-1B petition was not selected in the lottery process by USCIS in Aug, 2018
2. My U.S. L-1B petition was denied by USCIS in Dec, 2018 (without me appearing for an interview at the US consulate)

Do I need to mention these two points? if yes, how can I update my already submitted application and add these details now? Please guide.

Permanent residence applicants who need to give biometrics
Find out if you need to give your biometrics.

Service Canada Centres are gradually resuming biometrics collection services for permanent residence applicants who have received a biometric instruction letter (BIL).

Service Canada officers will call you at the telephone number you provided in your application to schedule your biometrics appointment. There is no additional fee to pay, and you don’t need a new BIL. Don’t go to a Service Canada Centre unless a Service Canada Officer calls you and schedules an appointment for you.

Why dont you just go ahead and apply yourself? only cost $19.
Each application is different, knowing others' detail won't help you

Is it faster to get the results for your application by speaking with IRCC agent?
