An applicant in the March 2020 thread received a message saying they are currently processing applications received before march 12, 2020. Which is a very good sign if true.

DID you get signatures? In our case no signatures but she[receptionist] kept package from courier. All I have is a note by courier

I used Canada post. However I only live 20 mins away from CPC M.
