I'm June 17 AOR. still doesn't show my Biometrics as completed even though I have an old one.
They asked for an additional document on Oct 8 and on Oct 14, they are reviewing these additional documents I provided. It seems like they are working on my file.

You mind sharing what those additional docs were?

Were you asked to submit your passport?

I tried to call them this morning to get an update. After navigating many options and entering my application number I was finally told sorry try again later. Is there a way to call them and skip the automated messages?
Unfortunately not, as far as I know. It's deliberately long-winded to discourage people from speaking to an agent. Quite annoying after you spend 3-4 mins punching in numbers on your keypad only to be told there are no agents available, try again later.

Gave our biometrics today in the North York Passport office. My Husband and I arrived 20 minutes earlier than our 1:15 slot. There was nobody in queue so our biometrics and photos were taken and the entire process took 5 minutes.Profile was updated instantly with the details.

How many times did you call to reach an agent?
