I am in the exact same position as you. Assigned to the same officer. Eligibility pass, security in progress, criminality not started. AOR 4 June BIL 22 July, Bio 30th NOV. got GCMS notes on 8th. They haven't worked on my application since 18th Sept. I am so frustrated at this point, don't know what to do.

As per note 1, your meds are expiring, so they have to be taken care of before a final decision on your application can be taken.
It seems like all your stages are passed, and what is pending is just your meds, and a final review. Once done, your application will be approved, and you will see it as:

Hi @legalfalcon , i am cec june 29 aor, all passed on jan 18 but till date no copr... today i called IRCC and agent said i am under CN COVID PACE group... but i and all my dependents are inland.. then why they add me in that group?? On this stage what can i do now?? Is it worth if i will send a webform enquire as we all are inland then why you add us on that group... thanks in advance...

IRCC creates groups based on visa office priorities and internal policies for efficiency. This is not based on whether your are inland or outland. If you have passed all the stages, then you just have to wait and soon you will receive a final decision.

I need help here. Yesterday, I missed a 'no caller id' call. at 9:00pm. I did not take it seriously, because i don't think IRCC will call me at 9 pm. But today, Friday, I miss a 'no caller id' call at 4:38 pm, which is in office hours. I am not sure if it is IRCC, what can i do now? Should I call them back through the 1(800) number on Monday to ask or I should wait for this number to call me again? I am cec inland, not sure if IRCC will call me or not. Please help me

primary visa office was Ottawa?
Mine everything was passed on Jan 24 , haven’t heard anything yet. Stressing me out.
If someone called from government or any real agency, they should leave a voice mail. Have you checked the voice mail?
My application has been approved today, no email notification, no agent call just found by login to portal . I can see COPR number but no file can download. Anybody know what's going on?
