When I called last week IRCC, nice lady informed me that i will get my refund after final decision.

Stuck on "Security not started". - thinking of writing an e-mail directly to CPC OTTAWA because my WP ends on 15th of January and well ... hate to be on the finished line with PR and deal with BOWP and other issues which are stressful and unnecessary

I need to sent a photo along with a copy of COPR to etobicoke office to get my PR card.
It says the back of the photo should have my name, DOB, UCI, date and address of the studio. Not sure how all the details can be on one single photo.

Also, the copr has my representatives mailing address and it says if you need to change the address let us know but how? Do I need to send them a Webform to update the address or should I have to inform the Etobicoke office about the address change.
Really confused! Can someone advise on this?

Thanks for response, as I know, you can change your address within 180 days after COPR. I think, you should call to IRCC directly.

Yeah I called them and got my address changed.
No call from them for Virtual landing. Direct COPR.

They did it in the June and July earlier, and the Office of the Information Commissioner held them to be invalid after they were challenged by GET GCMS.

No, after your AOR it's frozen - the only thing that can expire is Medical or your Passport

What happens if a passport expires and the applicant can't renew it because of covid 19 slowness. Will they reject the application even if the process is at 90%?

OIC has rejected this argument before in June / July 2020 after some of the extensions were challenged and Access to Information Act section 35(2) representations were filed by GET GCMS.




However, COVID is an ongoing issue and if IRCC is severely affected, then they can seek extensions sue to cOVID.

you will not get your PR approved till you get your new passport updated. I heard they will not give PR to those who only have less than a year validity left of passport and they will request the new passport. I think it would be unfair to reject the application for that reason and you couldn't get it on time because of covid
