Background: My background check says: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information "

don't know when these following steps passed:-

Eligibility: recommended passed ( they said its passed by first officer.. needs the confirmation of second ..bcz its usually double checked by two officers)

Criminality: Passed
Security : In progress

How long did you wait over call? On which number you called them and which extensions you dialed? Could you please share this

2 2 2 4 0 then I chose call back option ... but when they say all agents busy then u have to try again

What was the waiting time? or how many times you tried? I am asking you because i have tried many times but i am never kept in queue.

I called around 2.30pm Edmonton time... it went through first time always... but if i call around 10 11 then they are busy... they called me after 30-40 mins
 
Guys how fast is the Edmonton Office. CIC rep told me my file is at the Edmonton VO. Just wondering.

Doesn't seem to have a pattern with the processing timeline. My file is also at Edmonton. AOR- 21st May. MED - 2nd July. Was told by the agent over the phone that Criminality and Eligibility passed on July 9th. Waiting since then :)

Yep that sounds right. It seems it mostly depends on the visa officer. Lets wait patiently. We will smile at end
