You can call the minister of immigration’s office and have them transfer you. They get calls all the time like this and they don’t mind

Like I said yesterday, I sent a direct email to the bogota embassy for our file and they answered us by : your file is queue for process...

I dont know what it means (wait I think) but if you want to have an update of your file outside of canada send an email directly to the embassies

I submitted my package on May 29th .. they won't accept it till June 1st anyways, so my application acceptance will fall in the month of June.
