Hi Everyone,

My sister submitted application on June 2016 since then the status is showing as "Waiting for treatment", thereafter, she didn't received the documents request from Quebec. Is it normal? Moreover, I see some messages in the inbox about "Notice – Class action against the Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion" what this is about?

Would anyone please shed some light on this?

What are they doing? It would be good if they mention time line for our files..No proper reply from embassy they are just asking me to wait.. wait for how long????

Yes, called them and same answer. The message on their portal is misleading, it says online applications are being processed. But no one got processed from India.

Preliminary review status for India change from Feb-14 to Jul-14

You need to wait till all papper candidates finish. By other hand, probably midi has arrived his annual cuotas; also, the new government CAQ wants to decrease immigrants levels.

Can you please tell me how many batches are there between July 2014 to June, 2016 to reach our batch of 13th June, 2016?

Yes, today there are around 5900 paper profiles, by other hand they have around 4300 documents from online candidates (quota 2016) and there are around 5500 people from Mon projet in waiting for traitement (like you)
