June 2016 -lust of docs recieved I have been told by call centre staff?

I called them yesterday to change my address and asked them thr progress.

The lady said people applied on June alredy started receiving list of documents and I will shortly receive email.

I then askes how lojg will it take to get CSI she replied just over a year or so.

Have you guys heard anything??
