We called CIC and they gave my spouse the SA. They said to expect an email or mail from them by September 8 (otherwise we should call back). My ECAS still says 'in process' in both columns.

1. We received "xxxx's" application for permanent residence on June 23, 2015.
2. We started processing "xxxx's" application on August 27, 2015.
3. Medical results have been received.

Does 2 indicate AoR2?

FYI - My SA was not mailed to me, I received in an email with attachment SA and it said they forwarded my application to Singapore. My ecas still does not say DM and is still in process. However, my PR column updated to In Process today with the above info.

Mine says:

Sponsor - Decision Made
We received your application to sponsor <name> on June 3, 2015. (I received an email with AOR1 letter attached about 30 days later)
We started processing your application on July 9, 2015.
We sent you correspondence on July 30, 2015 about the decision on your application. (I received an email with SA letter attached about 2 - 3 days later)

Permanent Residence
We received<name> application for permanent residence on June 3, 2015.
We started processing <name> application on August 12, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

Nothing received in terms of emails on the PR side...

What does "Sponsorship Application Status" says and its Sub says?


Sponsorship Application Status In Process 1.We received your application to sponsor xxxxx on June 15, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on July 17, 2015.


Permanent Residence Application Status In Process 1.We received xxxxx application for permanent residence on June 15, 2015.
2.Medical results have been received.

My Sponsor Application Status has not updated since we "started yoru application..." it still reads in process. However, I got email stating they approved me and forwarded my app to SVO.
