Hey guys, today Ecas Changed again..

1.We received xxxxx application for permanent residence on June 15, 2015.
2.We started processing xxxxx application on September 2, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.

This 2 line has emerged. What do you think its for? is it AOR2?

Yes 2nd line consider as AOR2, LVO not send emails for AOR2 but it means they start processing our file.

different processing time for every case, if your case without any red flag, your case will be completed within 9 to 12 months.

We have the same date on our line 2. :) It means that your corresponding office started processing your PR. I'm currently waiting for my PPR right now since I'm finished with medical. How about you?

I don't know your Visa Office, ours is London Visa Office. My wife did upfront Medicals. So we r just waiting for the rest of the process.

CRC received my application on June 30 and it is still showing "in progress" for both SA and PR. any idea whats going on?

We received your application to sponsor XXXXXXX on June 30, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 1, 2015.
We started processing your application on July 31, 2015.

Permanent Residence
We received XXXXXXXX's application for permanent residence on June 30, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

I called the CRC hotline last week and i was told i need to wait for at least another 30-60 days for the SA approval. but why? isn't it they are processing the application that was received after July 3, 2015 and mine was received on June 30?

Thank you everyone.

Hi. First line on your SA states when the application was physically received but does not denote that the application has started with the process. (It usually take them a month to actually start processing because they prioritize the applications send earlier)
Second line denotes when email of AOR was sent to you. (Just a notice for you on specific dates)
Third line is the actual date they officially started processing. :)

Now, as CIC stated you have to wait for an email regarding approval of SA. Then they will transfer your PR application to corresponding VO. :)

You're just 5 days behind us (our application was received June 25) and our ECAS status changed to that last week. My spouse called when the CIC processing date on the website was June 26 and they gave the SA approval by phone. They said the official mail (or email) is still on the way. You probably already have the SA approval. Try calling again, talk to an agent and have them check your UCI number.

Thanks mitchieescarlos for your input

Looks like you're just waiting for the decision to be made. :) Visa and CoPR will all follow soon. Congratulations!

My concern here is that as soon as an applicant gets SA, I feel like Missisauga changes the PR section of ECAS to 'In-Process' immediately since it has been through Phase 1, technically Phase 2 is already in process. Chances are that your ECAS updated to IP soon as you were approved for SA and way before your actual VO recieved your file. That's why I'm a little concerned about AR2s since people who had their files transferred after me have theirs and it makes me a little uneasy.

I had my IP on ECAS PR section 3 days before SA, so I'm pretty sure it don't mean squat.

I second that motion. eCas is so unreliable. I prefer getting the e-mails because then I actually have detailed information on what has actually happened to my application.
