Ok, that's something! At least now I have peace of mind knowing they will not send the application back. Luckily I caught the updated April 1st form and redid that before sending in

One more question, when you go to check the application status online, I fill in the application# and then it asks for surname and date of birth. Is that Mine or my wife's? She is the one being sponsored to Canada and I'm canadian citizen. Thanks!

Sponsored Person's Date of birth and Surname

I use the UCI sent to me (for AOR stage 1), my last name and my date of birth (I'm the sponsor). Haven't tried using my spouse's info yet.

You should use your information (canadian citizen)
